Kent is an experienced professional who has held roles in sales, sales management, business development, business consulting and management with several companies including: Farm Credit, First National Bank, Syngenta, Purina/Land O’ Lakes, Cargill and Central Valley Ag Cooperative.

Kent has demonstrated proficiency in designing creative and strategic solutions that provide actionable insights to achieve desired business objectives. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Agricultural Education and received his Executive MBA degree from Washington University – St. Louis.

Donald Schlising


President

Don has extensive experience in organizational leadership and enterprise information technology business consulting, including over nine years within agribusiness. He’s held executive and senior leadership, CIO consulting, enterprise project management, marketing and communications, sales, and technical management roles – all focused on customer success and satisfaction, driving outcomes, business growth, goal alignment, strategic innovation, and team building.

He has held numerous positions on strategic councils, board of directors, and advisory committees to provide leadership and technology innovation input and guidance.

Throughout his career, Don has leveraged the power of data, business intelligence, and advanced reporting to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning and to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance.

Don has a business and psychology degree from the University of WI – Stevens Point and is a published author and award-winning landscape and urban photographer.

Mike Mensing


Director of Sales

Mike is a highly engaged business leader with extensive experience in the areas of sales leadership, sales operations, marketing, pricing and programs, general management, leading in person and remote teams, and leading cross functional projects. He spent 16 years with Land O’ Lakes in various sales and sales operations leadership roles, including leading the commercialization of a novel feed and forage digestibility measurement service, which included online tools to better capture the full value of digestibility data insights for dairy operations. Prior to Land O’ Lakes, Mike ran a grain-based food ingredient manufacturer selling to Fortune 100 food companies.

Mike has a BSBA with a double major in finance and marketing from Creighton University and an MBA from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota.

Kameron Braaten


Director of Analytics and Senior Data Analyst

Since 2013, Kameron has worked professionally as a data analyst focused on creating and delivering meaningful business intelligence solutions that present data in innovative ways to enable organizations to make critical and timely business decisions. He was the first employee of BIG Consulting and helped set the foundation of our successful consulting practice by delivering needed insights that led us to become our clients’ partners in success.

Kameron understands the evolving and ever-changing challenges that agribusinesses face. His passion and respect for the industry has led to him dedicate the last decade of his career to helping organizations within agriculture leverage their multisource data to make a significant impact on their operations and sales.

Kameron is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (CASNR) and holds a degree in geospatial information sciences with a focus on mathematics and geography. He has a wide array of talents and expertise related to Tableau, relational databases and management systems, GIS, and numerous agribusiness ERP and line-of-business software applications.

Internally, Kameron leads our data analyst communication and collective intelligence approaches which are strongly focused on continuous improvement and strategic innovation. He is also responsible for spearheading our research, learning, review, and internal team training of business intelligence tools and solutions.

Jeremy Mohr


Director of Business Intelligence Operations and Senior Data Analyst

Jeremy’s career integrates analytics and agriculture. He has held information technology positions with an agricultural software ERP provider and a food manufacturing company. Additionally, he has gained extensive experience within a local cooperative, where he undertook roles in the energy division, IT and data management, as well as process and project management, before joining BIG.

Utilizing his passion for the cooperative system and deep knowledge and understanding of agribusiness’ critical processes and extensive software platforms, Jeremy has helped our clients realize cost savings and revenue growth through his innovative and strategic approaches to business intelligence. He is always looking for ways to introduce automation to save time, increase accuracy, and present critical data in real-time so organizations can do more with less.

Jeremy obtained his bachelor’s in economics and has actively worked with data and creating dashboards and advanced reporting dating back to 2006. He has extensive experience and knowledge with Tableau, relational databases, scripting, automation, and ETL processes and strategically utilizes multisource data to generate business-impacting insights to help organizations initiate process improvements.

To ensure the application of effective and efficient processes, Jeremy works closely with our data analyst team to maximize and optimize business intelligence dashboard and visualization output while minimizing load times and resource consumption. He also leads our data analyst onboarding and business intelligence standardization and documentation processes.

Victor Osemwegie


Data Operations Lead and Senior Data Analyst

Victor began his career as a data analytics and IT professional in 2014 and has since delivered transformative insights to leaders at companies like Lifetime Products, Adobe, and Compass Bank. By leveraging advanced visual analytics, he has uncovered hidden narratives within complex data sets, empowering businesses to make informed and strategic decisions. Today, Victor brings the same consultative approach to BIG’s clients, delivering actionable insights that drive impactful outcomes.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and has earned multiple certifications in data engineering, data analytics, cloud services, and database administration, further solidifying his technical foundation.

Victor’s expertise spans business intelligence, data analytics, and data center management, with a focus on security, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. He is also highly skilled in relational database management systems, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data tools designed to optimize, secure, transport, store, process, analyze, and present customer data. With advanced proficiency in scripting and programming languages, including Python, JSON, XML, and T-SQL, Victor ensures seamless integration and automation across systems.

As an innovation lead at BIG, Victor drives the design, implementation, optimization, security, and maintenance of both on-premises and cloud-based data warehouses, as well as business intelligence SaaS solutions. He also leads initiatives to secure, streamline, and automate customer data pipelines, ensuring clients unlock the full potential of their data.

Andrew Yamriska


Data Science Lead and Senior Data Analyst

Andrew is a Military Intelligence Officer, and an active member of the Wisconsin Air National Guard since 2013, and was deployed both to the Middle East and the Pacific. He continually engages in officer’s and fighter jet intelligence training and builds and presents critical intelligence solutions to military leadership. Andrew joined the BIG team in 2022 and applies his many data analytics talents to provide our clients critical and timely insights through user-friendly dashboards that are easy to view and interpret.

His exceptional creativity, determination, and commitment to the creation of visually engaging dashboards has spawned innovative approaches that greatly benefit the BIG data analyst team and our clients.

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and a master’s degree in data science from Eastern University. Andrew’s skillset includes machine learning and artificial intelligence, prescriptive and predictive analytics, data analysis, dashboarding and visualizations, Tableau, Python and R scripting, database management, and project management.

Andrew also leads our machine learning, prescriptive, and predictive analytics initiatives which are focused on analyzing vast amounts of data, identifying patterns and trends, and making recommendations or predictions based on those insights.
